How to export a test or survey from a BBLearn course and import it into another BBLearn course
Export Tests
  • Go to the course with the test/survey to export
  • Click Course Tools on the Control Panel
  • Click Test, Surveys, and Pools
  • Click Tests (or Surveys or Pools)
  • Go to the test to export
  • Click the action link button next to it's name
  • Click Export

  • Click Save File and keep track of where the file was saved
  • To import the test to another course see below
Import Tests
  • Go to My Linfield BlackBoard Page and go to the course in which to upload the test
  • Go to Test, Surveys, and Pools
  • Click Tests again
  • Click Import Test
  • Click Browse My Computer
  • Select the file that was exported and saved earlier
  • Click Submit
  • Click Content in the left hand menu (or whatever content page on which you would like to link to your test)
  • Go to Create Assessment
  • Click Test
  • Now go to Add Test and select the name of the test you exported earlier
  • Click Submit
  • Choose whatever options wanted for the test
    • Make sure under 2. Test Availability you make the link available so that students can see and take the test
  • Click Submit
